Dried Orange Slices
How to dry oranges for Christmas! Super easy to do and as a bonus you house will smell amazing.
First slice your oranges into 1-2cm slices, pat them dry and pop them into a low oven (120°C). Slices will need to stay in the oven for a minimum of four hours. Lay slices on a metal cooling rack over a baking tray. This will allow the air to circulate around.
Turn each slice every half hour or so, this will ensure even drying and, minimize the chance of burning.
Wait for slices to cool, Now they are ready to use.
